Abstract: Henan Quyi has a glorious history. However, in our new era of "China cultural confidence", plenty of Quyi in Henan are on the verge of extinction. There are few inheritors and audiences, the social communication mechanism is not smooth, and the whole Quyi gets seriously withered. In this paper, a novel "Ought to Be" model of Henan Quyi is built based on the ecological theory to solve Henan Quyi problems. In this model, Henan Quyi ecological chains composed of multiple influencing factors and their interaction relationships are analyzed, and the corresponding strategies,such as paying attention to training creators, researchers and inheritors of Quyi, improving the communication mechanism, striving for government support, and strengthening the coupling of various elements in the ecological chain of Quyi are obtained.
