Abstract: Ode to Shang in The Book of Songs is an ancestor worship song for the descendants of Shang Dynasties. It shows the beauty of the language and music of its text in a unique form of creation, thus representing the highest achievement of literary language in the Shang era. At the same time, as an epic of the Shang people, it reflects the historical appearance of that time to a certain extent, therefore it has a high literary value.
