高等院校异构同质“劳动+”理论课程育人思路及课,程建构路径

Research on Cultivating College Students to Practice Socialist Core Values through Heterogeneous and Homogeneous “Labor +” Theory Courses

  • 摘要: 文章提出以异构同质“劳动+”理论课程为表征,以思政教师和专业教师为两个教学主体,以劳动哲学、劳动伦理学、劳动文化学、劳动社会学、劳动经济学、劳动法学相关内容为载体,以通用和异构为两个组成部分,建构以培育大学生社会主义核心价值观为落脚点的“劳动+”理论课程的思路,其中把以劳树人和协同分别作为中介变量和调节变量,构建中介效应模型,得出异构部分和通用部分的协同程度,异构部分和通用部分协同效果越好,本学科专业大学生社会主义核心价值观的培育效果就越好。

     

    Abstract: There are many perplexities in offering college students labor theory courses. This paper proposes to take heterogeneous and homogeneous "labor +" theory courses as the representation, take ideological and political teachers and professional teachers as the two wings, take labor philosophy, labor ethics, labor culture, labor sociology, labor economics, labor law as the carrier, and take general and heterogeneous as two parts. The idea of constructing the "labor +" theory courses which aim at cultivating the socialist core values of college students is established. The mediation effect model is constructed by taking labor and collaboration as the mediating variable and the moderating variable respectively, and the synergy degree of the heterogeneous part and the universal part is obtained. The better the synergy effect of the heterogeneous part and the universal part is, the better the cultivation effect of socialist core values is. It is suggested that colleges and universities explore the heterogeneous and homogeneous form of "labor +" theory courses in different disciplines and implement teaching practice.
