创业自我效能感对大学生创业意愿的影响

The Effect of Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy on College Students' Entrepreneurial Willingness

  • 摘要: 本研究基于计划行为理论,以创业自我效能感和创业教育为自变量、创业态度为中介变量、创业意愿为因变量,构建大学生创业意愿的影响机制模型。通过SPSS22.0对578份问卷进行统计分析得出:创业自我效能感对创业态度与创业意愿均具有显著正向影响;创业教育对创业态度的影响不显著,对创业意愿则具有显著的正向影响;创业态度在创业自我效能感与创业意愿的关系中发挥中介效应。高校应进一步开展创新创业教育直接促进大学生的创业意愿,同时可营造良好的校园氛围提升大学生的创业自我效能感以促进大学生的创业态度,进而提升大学生的创业意愿。

     

    Abstract: Based on the theory of planned behavior, with entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial self-efficacy as independent variables, entrepreneurial attitude as mediating variables, and entrepreneurial willingness as dependent variable,a model of the impact mechanism of college students’entrepreneurial willingness was constructed. 578 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. We found that Entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial willingness; Entrepreneurial education has no significant effect on entrepreneurial attitude, but has a significant positive impact on college students' entrepreneurial willingness; Entrepreneurial attitude has a mediating effect in the impact of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial willingness, while the mediating effect of entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial willingness is not significant. Therefore, effective measures worth to be adopted to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education of colleges, as well as the self-efficacy of college students, to enhance their entrepreneurial willingness.
