Abstract:
The rule of law in higher education requires universities to regulate their talent recruitment work with legal thinking and legal means. Currently, there are surface-level problems in talent recruitment in higher education, such as excessive competition in talent recruitment, capitalization of talent recruitment, and expansion of talent recruitment risks, as well as increasing disputes. These problems have damaged the educational ecological environment, and the root cause lies in the lack of the concept of rule of law in universities, failure to establish a scientific concept of talent, an incomplete talent recruitment system, and the ineffective operation of the supervision mechanism for talent recruitment management. Therefore, universities should adhere to the concept of rule of law, establish a scientific concept of talent, optimize the talent recruitment management system, conduct a legal review, proactively prevent risks, establish procedural paths, and improve the power redress mechanism, thus creating a good talent recruitment environment in higher education.
