论中国共产党劳动教育的人民性立场——基于中国共产党百年劳动教育实践的分析

摘要: 中国共产党领导的中国式教育现代化始终秉持服务人民的价值立场,劳动教育是践行这一价值立场的重要形式。建党之初,党将劳动教育视为劳工教育,以“工不误读,读不误工”的“工读结合”方式予以积极尝试,形成鲜明特点并为随后的劳动教育指明了方向。革命根据地时期,党根据教育对象的不同,形成针对工农劳动者的脑力教育与针对在校学生的体力教育两轨并行的劳动育人格局,为革命事业做出贡献的同时积累了劳动教育经验。中华人民共和国成立之初到改革开放之前,党为劳动者创造教育条件、为学生创造劳动机会,对劳动教育展开新探索,形成尊重劳动、尊重劳动人民的社会风尚。改革开放到新时代之前,党的劳动教育在提升脑力水平方面取得举世瞩目的成就。新时代以来,党的劳动教育以产业工人综合素质的全面提升与在校学生的全面发展为指向,在中国大地普遍展开。党在中国式教育现代化进程中形成的一些劳动育人的规律性做法,依然是当下以及未来劳动教育实践的基本遵循。Abstract: The CPC’s educational moder nization emphasizes a people-centered approach, with labor education as a key practice. Early efforts featured "work-study integration," balancing work and study. During the revolutionary period, dual tracks addressed intellectual education for workers and physical education for students. Post-1949, labor education fostered respect for labor and laborers, while reforms enhanced intellectual capacities. In the "New Era," the focus has shifted to comprehensive development for workers and students. These practices continue to shape labor education today.
