  • 摘要: 家校社协同育人是建设教育强国的重要要求,“教联体”的兴起,标志着协同育人工作进入了崭新阶段。其在促进学生全面发展、推动教育质量提升及创新教育治理模式等方面展现出显著价值。然而,当前仍面临理念冲突、沟通协调障碍、资源整合难度大、责任界定不清晰、活动趋于形式化、发展不均衡,以及政策、经费、师资资源匮乏等诸多挑战。为此,需着力加强制度体系设计,不断完善协同机制;深入开发育人资源,构建多元化工作模式;广泛凝聚全社会力量,共同承担青少年成长责任,从而有效推进“教联体”实施,为实现教育目标、促进学生全面发展提供坚实保障。

     

    Abstract: Collaborative education between family, school and society is an important requirement for building an educational power. The rise of “education alliance” marks that collaborative education has entered a new stage. It has shown significant value in promoting the all-round development of students, promoting the improvement of education quality and innovating education governance mode. However, there are still many challenges such as concept conflict, communication and coordination barriers, difficulty in resource integration, unclear definition of responsibilities, formalization of activities, unbalanced development, and lack of policies, funds, and teacher resources. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the design of institutional system and constantly improve the coordination mechanism; Further develop educational resources and build a diversified working mode; Pool the strength of the whole society and share the responsibility for the growth of young people, so as to effectively promote the implementation of the “education alliance”; And provide a solid guarantee for the realization of educational objectives and the promotion of students’ all-round development.
