Abstract
The wide application of artificial intelligence and big data has spawned a new ecology of online teacher education. In order to adapt to the education of novice teachers in the digital era and solve the problems such as the lack of close connection of novice teachers' induction education, the lack of systematization of training system, the repetition of training contents and the fragmentation of novice teachers' courses, this study firstly reviewed the induction education models of novice teachers around the world, and analyzed the existing problems of domestic novice teachers' training. Then, integrating the functions of CSCL (Computer Supported Collaborative Learning) platform and LSS (Learning Support System), this study constructed new functions and models of digital platform for novice teacher education, so as to realize the connection and synchronization of online and offline resources, so as to provide technical and learning support for the personalized professional growth of novice teachers.
