Abstract
Dealing with the relationship between truth and democracy is a subject that epistemological democratic theory must face. Correctness is a necessary value of democracy. Pessimism of democracy's cognitive ability and fear of truth should not lead to denial of political truth. Democracy can be seen as a means to discover social truth, and democratic practice involves truth at all levels. Some objective truths that are independent of procedures cannot be abandoned by democracy. "Governance democracy" is such one that balances governance performance with procedural justice. It will be a democratic practice that makes truth and democracy promote each other.
